Shipping Policy

CoCoBeach will ship your order anywhere in Vietnam and in countries where CoCoBeach is available. The delivery policy for customers who buy on the website, fanpage or call and does not apply to customers buying directly at the store.
Orders will be shipped to the customer's address through the intermediary shipping company.
Delivery time: about 1 to 2 days (for suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City), from 2 to 3 days (for other provinces). Delivery times are always in business hours, except Saturday or Sunday and public holidays.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the delivery staff will arrange the second delivery.

When the order is shipped, please check the product, sign for confirmation and keep the shipping receipt and invoice for comparison check.
A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies to all areas.

Return time: 30 days from the date of purchase
Conditions for returning and returning goods: The goods must be in their original condition, intact, unused, unused, washed, and have a corresponding receipt.
